  • Please always be prepared with both cleats and athletic shoes.

  • Fall Open Field: Sep-Oct, Tuesday and Thursdays from 3:30-5:30 pm. 

  • Winter Weight Room: Nov-Dec, Mon/Wed/Fri from 3:30-5:00 pm.
